We are organized into major business areas to cater for our customers’ business and software needs. We function as both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Our software development team is independent of our business team. However, by seamlessly connecting, both work hand in hand to provide our customers with solutions that are guaranteed to reduce operating costs and improve bottom line – while adapting to market factors i.e. flexibility and scalability. At Rognosis, we approach business resolutions with a methodology that makes the customers’ business plan a self-sustaining entity that evolves itself; this greatly reduces customers’ indiscrete expenses into the business and provides room for the new baby business, in the case of a startup, to thrive and develop itself to success. Where you fit
There are many jobs and locations to choose from, each with unique opportunities. Our employment offers many benefits and our pay package is hard to match. As part of our effort to screen for the best qualified candidates, and as one of the last phases of our interview process, we put our candidates on a two months probationary period after which the applicant is confirmed. For some jobs, like sales/marketing and developer, candidates are paid by incentives during their probation. Our incentives often total to a little over 91% of the starting salary for that position; providing the candidate with more than enough compensation during the test. Our interview process is more action oriented and practical than it is abstract and our fundamental interests are on customers satisfaction, mutual respect for other employees, willingness to keep learning and improving, taking action rather than remaining a good student, working with minimal supervision, enthusiasm to take on difficult challenges and make sense of them. Further details for particular jobs will be provided on contact. Some jobs, especially developers, allows internet employment where the employee can work from anywhere. This eliminates the limitation of locations and allows us employ a variety of people whose participation are solely online. Such team members can also hold full time positions and are entitled to all our resources and benefits.
